We launched this powerful multimedia brand campaign, focusing on core strengths, with a brand position of “it’s what’s inside that counts.” This campaign got right to the heart of good healthcare: experienced professionals delivering life-saving medicine. Compelling visuals and hard-hitting headlines encouraged consumers to look past the glamorous exteriors of new medical facilities and seek what really matters in a hospital.
The campaign was a tremendous success, generating a 50% awareness increase in pre- and post-campaign surveys. In addition, the campaign led to increased preference and stronger volume which later helped support The Medical Center of Aurora’s expansion project.
